There were definitely stretches that were craaaaazy boring and unbearable, but it was really easy to get a lot of other shit done, and I'd definitely gotten to a point where I sorta killed the whole day online and then didn't really wanna spend the rest of my nights online, so I guess that was good?

If I could make like $40K or so a year delivering pizzas, that is way way way more appealing than being an office drone. Especially at my age.

applied for UE right away just to see if they'd fight it or not. they chose to fight it, but it didn't matter because less than a month later i had 4 job offers. took the best one. lasted 6 months before getting laid off legit. a lot changed during that 6 months... 4 offers in a month went to not single call or email for fuck knows how long. shit's broken out here... but yeah, got UE no problem after the lay off. it's gonna run out sooner than later though. eeesh.

right. which is what i was saying. if you're making 30k a year, after taxes that's under 24k after taxes so you're getting 100%. if you're making over 30k you're getting a percentage of your salary.
