I gave Todd's station a whirl on the way home tonight.  I think my 2 year old son Alex summed up my feeling perfectly.  After 30 seconds of hearing Todd's station, he covered his ears and yelled "No more daddy!"  Oh Alex, if only it were that easy.  I made a pledge to listen to Todd's station, and that's exactly what I did, even if made me want to drive into a tree.  Todd is a fan of electronic music.  I guess all those bleeps and bloops put a smile on his face.  Those same bleeps and bloods made my ears bleed.  The entire ride home was torture except for The 4 Tops Walk Away Renee and the Silversun Pickups Lazy Eye.  I guess I'm just not hip enough to understand the appeal of Todd's station.  I'd probably love it if I was young and had a beard.  Todd, your station isn't even worthy of being programed into my LastFM car stereo.

In case no one noticed, Greg's station is pop punk as fuck.  I got to listen to the Queers, Ramones, Huntingtons, Riverdales, Exploding Hearts and PG13s on the way into work.  I wish I had saved Greg's station for the car ride home.  I think Alex would have really enjoyed it.  Overall, I enjoyed the musical selection.  The Queers tune sounded a little flat, but all the other songs did a great job of waking me up and getting me to sing along.  None of the songs blew me away, but maybe that's just because I'm so familiar with them.  Greg's station is heading to the #4 slot on my LastFM dial.  That means Azzface's station is getting bumped off the list.

I had to go to the dentist and get a filling replaced this morning.  I decided to put on Billy's station for my trip there and back.  Holy shit was it bad.  I was actually looking forward to getting my teeth drilled just so I wouldn't have to listen to the awfulness that was Billy's station.  My car reeks from the shit that was poring out of my speakers.  I'm not talking figuratively either.  There was actual shit pouring out of my car speakers.  On the way home, my sons daycare called.  Alex was screaming "Turn it off daddy!" in the background.  I wasn't driving to or from work, so this review isn't official, but there's no way in hell Billy's going to end up on my car's LastFM dial.

Billy, do not read what's behind the spoiler.

I gave Dave's station a spin this morning.  You would think a morning filled with Eminem, Bad Religion, Beasty Boys, The Clash and The New York Dolls would be awesome.  Will you would be semi right.  The Eminem songs sucked ass.  I don't know what song it was, but it was him going off on some celebrities.  Song bored me to tears.  Bad Religion all sounds the same to me.  The Beasty Boys track was a deep cut off of Ill Communication.  Pretty good song, but not good enough to my ass moving.  Next up was The Clash's Train in Vain.  This song is an obvious classic, but it's been so over played that I just had zero interest in hearing it.  Last song before I parked in the garage today was The New York Dolls Jet Boy.  That may be my favorite New York Dolls song.  It was a good way to end the commute.  Still, I was very underwhelmed by Dave's station.  I'm afraid it just wasn't good enough to find a spot on my LastFM dial.

I have a new black friend. We've been hanging out quite a bit. He was raised by white parents and hates blacks as much as I do.
