I agree. I would add though that at some point people stopped watching and started actively joining in that "other" world that was being posted about and that was strange.

It's funny that people think it should or shouldn't have been deleted based on how entertaining it was or wasn't by the end. It was more that it suddenly got to the point where her finding it would have been really bad.

Her finding it at any point would have been bad. Finding a page on a message board that has twenty or so people talking about you is going to freak someone out even if they aren't crazy.

Ya, if a bunch of people were watching and commenting on my life for a year and a half it would trip me out. I wouldn't broadcast my info to the whole world though. That's the only thing keeping me from feeling really bad for her. By going on the internet and telling a bunch of strangers every detail about your life you kind of open yourself up to this sort of thing.
