Is there already a thread for this? It didn't come up in my search but sometimes the search is shoddy.

Anywho, I am just now watching the four episodes that have aired this season.

The miss piggy one is funny. Austin saying that he's like Miss Piggy because he sometimes refers to himself as Moi cracked me up. It's weird how people are seriously saying things like "how would a pig feel about wearing giraffe print" though.

This episode is kelly lynn and stephanie's nightmare.

I am rooting for Mondo and Austin all the way.

I've been watching it. Downloading episode 4 now.

I'm not sure who I'm rooting for yet. I don't really hate anybody, so that's kind of nice. (fuck you josh!)

the only person i didn't like at all (meaning personality and style) is elisa.

kenley has a shitty personality but i tend to love her style. she lives near me and sometimes i hear her cackling voice yelling at her boyfriend at the veggie stand etc... it's as charming as you can imagine.

i really disliked michael costello during his season but he's clearly gotten better. and also way, way bitchier in interview. in three eps he has said "i think this is it for austin scarlett" so i think he has a vendetta.

Haha! I almost posted something about Kenley's nasal voice being irritating, but I agree with you about her style. I'm totally into it.

no.

also, tim gunn is not on this one because they filmed it at the same time as regular. the judges are the lady from marcheza, isaac mizrahi and some model who isn't heidi klum.

Lindsay, they're on Hulu; that's where I watch them.

The last episode was kind of lame, despite the presence of Diane von Furstenberg. It is, however, worth noting that Miranda Kerr is ridiculously good looking, especially for just having had a baby.

Also, I would not have liked to eat any of those gelato flavors.

i've been most consistently impressed by mondo and michael c this season. austin scarlett is pretty great too...i didn't watch the first season, so this is my first exposure to him.

that thing that rami made this past episode was a disaster.

you guys have to watch season 1! it was one of the best seasons. is it online somewhere? sometimes bravo does marathons.

austin has a business making beautiful wedding gowns as well.

michael costello is so annoying and dumb that i can't tolerate that his designing has gotten better.

I kept forgetting to make a thread for this, but I've been watching it since the beginning. I really like it, but there's something off-putting to not see them in the normal work room and with different judges, mentor, etc.

I predicted the first three winners, in order, from day one. I was surprised by the last elimination, though.

Final three will be Mondo, Austin Scarlett, and probably Michael C, although it should be Jarell. Jarell makes great stuff, but the judges don't seem to like it for some reason. He's always safe, but never any higher.

Also, I don't like Isaac Mizrahi because every time I see him, I just want to say, "Hey, Isaac! Remember when you hosted and judged in Bravo's Project Runway replacement, 'The Fashion Show', and you were such a stupid bastard I stopped watching after two episodes?"

I don't like how the Tim Gunn-like-woman asks them questions like she's interviewing them. "You're so fast at sewing, how are you so fast?"

I found kenley's website last night and I think the clothes on it are ugly so I take back what I said before.

We've only seen the Ms. Piggy episode. I remember why Mina is so unlikable and why we rooted against her. What a twat.

That said, do you think there's really a point to this series? It's weird to see familiar contestants but none of the regular judges and Tim Gunn. It doesn't have the same urgency. And how did they pick the contestants? Was there polling?

Also, the female Tim Gunn doesn't have the same... gravitas as Tim. Like, if I were on the show & she came up and gave me advice, I wouldn't take it as seriously as if Tim stood there and shook his head in disappointment. (A nightmare scenario!)

michael c's ass face and stupid voice make me crazy. also, the DVF thing he made was kind of nightgown-ish and everyone raved about it.

would i give any of these people the clothes off my back? probably not.
