It's my dad's house. He's liable for what goes on. And he's pretty much right anyway. I drag this guy's shit into the street and it gets stolen (And it will) he will be able to sue. Sorry I'm not a tough guy, but I'd rather him just get the fuck out.

Up until now, this was just an inconvenience. I'm just glad he's living of his own accord and I don't have to file eviction notices.

I told him to get his shit out tonight or I was going to file a police report and give them the PS3's mac address/serial or whatever. I don't actually know any of that info, but he complied.
