Joey Ramone was good. I never had heard of Ari Katz before. The Bad Brains dude was "punk" for about 10 minutes back before a lot of you were born, and as for most of those other guys, meh.
Ok, Johnny Rotten belongs on any list like this, and maybe the guy from the Damned, but what about Joe Strummer, one of the most instantly recognizable voices in music.
And compared with Jesse Michaels, guys like Rollins and that dude from All (any dude from All, actually) are annoying fratboys.
At least it says "great singers" and not "greatest" - so there is room for debate.

Blake's a nice guy and a fine singer, but Jawbreaker is nowhere near important enough a band for him to have a shot at this list. And although they've sold a shit ton more records, neither is All.
