Insanity pleas! I know that the justice system is a farse, but the insanity plea is a part where it should be all or nothing. If someone visits a shrink and tells them "I wanna murder my neighbor, I wanna molest someone, I wanna rape a cheerleader, I wanna torture my little sister" the  shrink would probably not say this person was sane, so if someone actually does these things they are perfectly normal and ready  for jail? To think someone who is insane should be punished like everyone is a valid opnion, but making someone get away and someone not is unfair!

I guess wheither someone is sane enough for prison is another debate, I'm talking about being considered "insane" during the time of the crime. I think that anyone, even the most liberal people in the world would want(at least in the first moments) someone who had done some of these crimes dead or punished hard. And if they weren't the system could fall apart, but let someone get off punishment because they were insane and put someone who'se obviously insane in Jail just isn't fair. I do however think that if the rules says everyone can be punished and someone does not have the mental capasity for the punishment it would be inhumane to give them that kind of punishment.

The person on my side is a great person and a solid politician, but is it the politican you want to vote for? Think! I, René would work to make this a great nation and make it livable for rich and poor, gay and straight, black or white and man or woman! You only get one vote, us it wisely, vote René!......No what? This has to be a bad dream, I shouldn't be president! Who the fuck wants to be president? I mean even in 2008 my most common post was "power corrupts", but it's not only that. Do you even have power? Can a socalled head of state(sounds like the name of a brothel, head of state in the white house!) actually make "change"? Meh. You're basically a part of the system, it's probably great to a degree, but people have expectations to a leader and if you don't agree with the expectation you will not have a good time!

I wonder what if feels like to be a leader of countries like the Us and Iran, I mean the Iranian president seems like a jerkoff, but maybe he is nice on the inside, then it must be terrible for him to watch the state he is the leader of murder "innocent" people. It's the same with my favourite standup comedian:Barrack Obama, How can you watch a citizen of your country be murdered by your employees? Vengful people will always be there and they are the people that make "tooth for a tooth, dick for a dick" opinions be tolerated and even practiced in parts of the world, alot of kind of almost sane people also have doubts about murdering people when they are innocent or may be. This doubt thing is a travesty! Murderinging people should only be done when you are sure they are bad people! right? I wonder if Obama likes that his employees are killing people if not, being their boss must suck a big fat one or a small tiny one for that matter.

What do actually I think of myself? I've asked myself so many times what do others think of the creature known as René? but  what do I think of me? I like to think of myself as a weirdo and I'm sure others feel the same? but am I an intelligent weirdo? probably not! Am I a talented weirdo? Probably not! would I like to be? Sure! but why do I strive to see myself as a talented weirdo? It's my inability to do anything! If there was only one thing in the world I was good at I would milk that for what it's worth!(to be fair to myself I've found this almost literally, but I don't like spermbanks and I don't want to have bunch of illegidiamite children) I like to gather new knowledge and pretend I have some reason for gathering it, maybe it's the fair of being without a skill and being sent on dumbfuck lifesupport for being an idiot! Is fingerpainting or acupuncture my thing?

I feel like all my genius threads have been made into remakes(which are good in contrast to most remakes! Like Titanic! Even though the remake of Psycho is not that bad!) I'm not bitter though sometimes genius ideas must be done by good people instead of assholes like me! Hey, is asshole an appropriate word? It's become wrong by some people to say cunt and dick! But what about asshole? Can I call myself an asshole? Can I call other people assholes? I mean won't that be hell of-fensive to people with a colon in a bag, like this, (? It sucks if I can't offend someone without offending bunch of other people as well!

CONTROVERSIAL ALERT!

I didn't want to make this little rant in the clam jam thread so it fit in this one! Circle of 6! An app to prevent sexual assault and also regular assault! The main focus seem to be on rape? Is this total  bogus? Just because something has to do with preventing rape doesn't mean it can't be bogus. Any non-profit idea to preevent rape and violence are good and probably well-meaning, but that doesn't mean they are working in practice! To the contrary it could be quite dangerous it'd give people false safety and also take away the attention to real dangers!

As I understand it is an application  connected to 6 friends to contact in cases of assault. When getting assaulted wouldn't it be wiser to call the police? Would it actually prevent the assault? The three main parts of it is images, 1) a car, this is actually a good idea in general, but it's simple to just call someone and ask for a ride. If you are intoxicated there's a chance of a sober person being asleep at that hour and it would be easier to call the person to see if they were up! 2) a phone is for getting friend to call to interrupt, which can easily be done by an sms. 3) chat for advice this one seem to be most rational.

It seems to me that the main-purpose of this is to contact someone before the assaulter actually assaults you? Which calls for looking out for "suspicious" people, what people are suspicious?Are all men suspicious, does race affect suspicioussness? Sending sms's to someone is normal in this day and age! If this app becomes a big deal and it takes less than an sms to send the "suspicious possible assaulter or rapist " will notice this and will soon know that the user of application believe he/she is an assaulter and if these are racially reasoned it will lead to stigmatisation and less openess in society which is most important of all! It's weird how simple everything in this day and age is and people think that technology can prevent things like these.

One thing is if someone is about to get assaulted it could be good to have easy acess to help? if this is too easy however especially intoxicated? We all know how easy it is to click wrong buttons on "smart"-phones! How long would it take before this became a "circle of 6 FAIL" mockery? Most important at all: This is an assault app, but focusing on rape, this takes away the focus on the fact that most rape isn't assault  most rape is done by a friend or a relation to the victim or done at a party where the victim is intoxicated! If he or she is unciouss and drugged how could this app help? It's great that people want to prevent stuff like this, but it should be done in other ways!
