I like to go to dollar general and buy the actual stick of pure cocoa butter. Then rub it on straight from the tube. It's oilier but I think it does the job better than cocoa butter lotions.

But yeah, I think so. I have one that the outline and large clump of black tend to raise up every once in awhile.

The outline of my Spaceman Spiff on my right arm is always raised. The dude just sucked at tattooing I guess.

when its hot, the one on my back raises. just the outline raises, not the color, and it totally itches.
