Pretty Mess: The Ergs "Saturday Night Crap-o-rama" - This is pretty good. 2 parts - rocking it. Simple. The guitar solo part at the end is a little too Allular for my tastes, but this is a pretty cool song. 6/10
Dave Ninja: Awesome Snakes "You Got Snakes All Up in Your Grill" - The best part about this song is actually the title. This is one of the less memorable Awesome Snakes songs. 5/10
Jenna: Chris Isaak "There She Goes" - This isn't half bad. It's kinda Orbison-like. If he doesn't bounce up and do all that high shit, this will get the coveted 5/10. Nice restraint, Isaak. 5/10
Dominic: Jawbreaker "Chemistry" - This song is solid. I feel like this is a 7/10, but the chorus is really good and makes me want to give it an 8. I think the "air guitar is out of tune" line brings the song back down to a 7 though. 7/10
Terry Palmer: Xiu Xiu "The Pineapple vs. the Watermelon" - Oh shit, this is effing annoying. This guy sounds like a moaning jerk. 1/10
Ugly Harry: The Hextalls "Ramones t-shirt" - This is standard poppunk with lyrics that are wretched. This was going to get a 2, but it got worse. Consider me enraged by these last 2 songs. 1/10

Pomme Terre and Ugly Harry are both eliminated.

Pshaw: Sarah Harmer "I am Aglow" - She is definitely talented, but this is just too "folk" for me. 5/10 for being a decent song that I just don't enjoy.
Kelly: Teenage Bottlerocket "Rebound" - This sounds a lot like their faster songs, only it's slowed down. If this were the speed of their other songs, they'd get through the verse-chorus-verse-chorus-solo-chorus more quickly and I could be done with this more quickly. 4/10
Jesse: Wire "Surgeon's Girl" - A short and sweet track off of Pink Flag. 7/10
Antone Henry: Third Eye Blind "Never Let You Go" - Please don't pull this song during a Gay Navy game. This is some mediocre radio rock. I enjoy this slightly less than the Teenage Bottlerocket song. 3/10
Hanny: Clash "Clampdown" - Hanny will be advancing to the next round. 9/10
McDumdum: A Radio With Guts "Blue Grey Smoke" - If this guy is going to sing with that fake angsty gruff voice, they shouldn't let him do it when his voice isn't buried in the mix. God, these vocals are really really annoying. The song isn't bad, but the vocals are like fingernails/chalkboard material. This sounds like Jawbreaker. He even does the Blake fake British accent. I frankly would rather listen to third Eye Blind. 2/10

McDumdum is eliminated.

I don't think so.  Rookie of the Year doesn't mean you have any bat now.  And you can't pull fake baseball stats, because I've gotten Auto-K'd almost every game this year.  Not much I can do there.

That first 10 out of 10 is just a little flexing of my muscle.  I don't think you want to see the monster inside that comes up once I get a little competitition.
