Cabin in the Woods
« on: July 26, 2009, 09:51:08 PM »
i just saw the poster images for this.  it's gonna be a new slasher movie from one of the dudes that wrote cloverfield and joss whedon.  the posters are funny and all, but i dunno.  the design is almost exactly the same as cabin fever, and i get the feeling they might try and mix a movie like evil dead with something like scream.  i'll probably see it anyway.

You had me at Joss.
probably groping her and shoving her back and forth, maybe a little more roughhousing like hair pulling and a stomach punch, that's how i imagine an assault on a woman

I have no idea how to feel about this movie.

Its not a spoof. There's a decent Whedon interview/dialogue from SDCC up on Newsarama.com giving a better idea of what the property is.
Unfortunately, I'm not interested in having a good time.
How is that wierd. Plenty of women just move on from rapes.[/quote

Old enough to read books without pictures, yet still young enough to be a beligerant blackout drunk. Its a delicate balance, I know.

Ryan, you don't read books period.
