Dorky Ergs! question for the q&a

about 4 years ago in carbondale Ill with Huncback and the Copyrights i think you guys did a theme song by "Target" (the store) or something. Am I imagining this?

No, you probably weren't imagining that. I think what you heard was us covering "Beautiful World" by Devo. Around that time, Devo's version of "Beautiful World" was being featured in a Target commercial. We of course made light of this fact.

Do you know how many shows you guys played? And if so, did you have a list of every single one of them? (I know you used to).

Also, are there any songs you guys recorded but never played live?

Mike's father's family is Italian by ancestry. I believe when they came to America, they changed their last name from something like Ianicci to Yannich.

I think I can paste together a list of shows we did from the list I kept early on with the list myspace keeps. I will get back to you on that.

We never played any of the Measure split songs live except for I'll Thrash You When You Think of Me. We recorded a song called Under the Influence of Minutemen which I thought absolutely sucked and so we never released it or played it live.

no it happened. it was at the early show cause i was sober and i remember. with the night show, since it was my 20th birthday, i had to get drunk before the show and i don't think i screamed it out since you already played it during the day show

Grivet, I made a rough tally and the total number of shows is an estimated (and disappointing) 630. Bear in mind we only played about 30 shows the first 2 years we were a band.
