Playing on a 360 - so that's probably it.

I know I made it into Arcane University, but I got stuck on a Mages Guild quest where I had to cast a specific set of spells in order to move some rock and I just couldn't get it to work. In the Thieves Guild I just don't think I had a good enough sneak ability to get past one of the quests because I spent 100+ hours building up a super-strong fighter. I heard that you can increase your sneak by breaking into a house where somebody is sleeping and then just running into the wall for a long time though.

they're coming out with dead space on the wii. i wonder if it'll be like a first person shooter. house of the dead overkill was the most fun game i've played on the wii.

Honestly, I'm a little disappointed with Batman. It's pretty good, but not nearly as good as I was led to believe. I'm not that far into it, though, so maybe it'll improve.

Sometimes I hit the button that should make him jump but he just stands there like an asshole looking smug.

Well he can jump off of things, I guess. and he can jump over gaps. But if he's standing on the ground, no dice.

As a video game designer, you'd think it'd be easier to just make a button be jump, rather that to design a whole game based on the premise that jumping should be unnecessary.

I loved Ultimate Alliance. I loved X-Men Legends too. There's nothing to playing them except for button-smashing, but it's awesome to see and talk to all of those characters. It's like playing a Marvel comic. It's mindless but fun. What's not to like?

I just finished going over the list of playable characters for Ultimate Alliance 2. They added Hulk, but not Namor, and they dropped Dr. Strange and Silver Surfer. I was really, really hoping to play as the Defenders. Boo.

Lucas, I'd like to pose a question. How often, in real life, you do you jump when it's not trying to climb something or cross a gap?

I'm playing Batman: Arkham Asylum on the Xbox 360. It's really really intense and fun. Lucas is silly.

Also, I'm playing GTA Chinatown Wars on the DS. I really like it. They did cool things with the overhead crappy versions of GTA.
