Good news. I'd love to see this. If "End of the Century" was any indication, embattled band documentaries are the best.

Hot damn! Now if only that Runaways one would come out...

I really am not a fan of live band videos, so the docs are my choice if I've gotta sit through a music-related tv thing.

Is there more than one Runaways documentary? I swear I watched one on tv about a year ago. I remember it being a very "warts and all" story of the band, and that Joan Jett wasn't a part of it. It kinda ruled.

I saw that one too.  It was called Edgeplay: A Film About The Runaways by one-time bassist Vicki BLue.  I remember it being pretty balls, out, too.

This film is one of the better rock and roll documentaries I've ever seen.  My brother, who is not a punk but who saw the MC5 more times than I did, agrees.
I've been searching for a new place to stay, but it's been tough to find a place in my price range that will allow a pig.
